The fall season is beginning with several shows exhibiting Murry Handler’s work.
From mid-Sept. through Oct. 16 acrylic painting from the Undial series can be seen at the Alexandria Museum of Art, Alexandria, La.
The Frank Art Collective in N.C. continues to highlight Murry’s paintings. A recent purchase by a prominent Chapel Hill businessman was made for his E. 57th St NYC residence. The buyer, a former trustee of U.N.C. and also U.S. Ambassador to the E. Caribbean purchased Memories of Maine #7. We’re proud to be in his collection!
The Annual AIDS auction ‘Works of the Heart’ takes place on Oct. 9 in Raleigh, NC. A preview and reception with the artists will be held on Friday Oct. 8 from 7-10pm. Both events will be at the Fletcher Opera Theatre, Performing Arts Center.

Sept. 26 was the date of our first fall Open Studio. A group of friends, collectors and newbies to the Handler Studio were treated to a showing of the newest Handler series, Metalica. These 14 paintings in acrylic and aluminum foil were presented and received a very enthusiastic response. Please check the gallery to view.
